I was formerly active in the Green Party (the Green Party of England and Wales, known as GPEW) at the local and regional level since 2015. I was Regional Treasurer for London from March 2019 to October 2024.
I am very proud to have stood as Barnet Green Party’s Parliamentary Candidate for the Chipping Barnet constituency in north London for the July 2024 General Election and to have saved my deposit. Although I cannot see myself ever voting for any other party, I have recently (June 2026) decided to step away from formal involvement in the Green Party.
I am still committed to progressive politics, including ending inequality, fighting climate change, reforming our democracy and our voting system, and I hope that one day we will be able to rejoin the EU.
